Welcome to LeadMint ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at leadmint.co and our lead generation and AI-powered appointment booking services (collectively, the "Services").


By accessing our website, engaging our services, or creating an account, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.


2. SERVICES DESCRIPTION


2.1 Core Services


LeadMint provides:


Lead Generation: Meta advertising campaigns targeting your ideal customer profileAI Automation: Automated lead qualification, follow-up, and appointment bookingCampaign Management: Strategy development, execution, and optimisation Reporting & Analytics: Performance tracking and detailed campaign insightsConsultation Services: Strategic guidance and campaign optimisation


2.2 Service Limitations


Services are primarily focused on the U.S. market. Results may vary based on industry, market conditions, and client cooperationWe do not guarantee specific lead volumes or conversion ratesService availability may be limited in certain industries or geographic regions


3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES


3.1 Information Provision


You agree to provide:


Accurate and complete business informationTimely access to necessary accounts (Meta Business Manager, CRM systems)Clear target customer profiles and service descriptionsPrompt responses to requests for information or approvalsValid contact information and payment details


3.2 Cooperation Requirements


Participate in onboarding calls and strategy sessionsReview and approve marketing materials within agreed timeframesRespond to qualified leads in a professional and timely mannerProvide feedback on lead quality and campaign performanceMaintain professional standards in all prospect interactions


3.3 Account Access


Provide necessary administrative access to advertising accountsMaintain security of shared login credentialsNotify us immediately of any security concerns or unauthorized accessEnsure compliance with platform terms of service (Meta, Google, etc.)


4. PAYMENT TERMS


4.1 Service Fees


Setup Fee: Amount due upon contract signing (if applicable)Monthly Management Fee: Amount billed monthly in advanceAd Spend: Managed separately through your advertising accountsAdditional Services: Quoted separately and agreed upon in writing


4.2 Billing & Payment


Invoices are issued monthly and due within 7 daysPayment accepted via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methodsLate payments may incur fees of 1.5% per month or maximum allowed by lawContinued access to services requires current payment status


4.3 Refund Policy


Setup fees are non-refundable once work beginsMonthly fees are non-refundable for services already providedRefunds for unused portions of prepaid services considered case-by-caseAd spend refunds handled directly through advertising platforms


5. CONTRACT TERMS


5.1 Contract Period


Initial Term: Month-to-month unless otherwise specifiedRenewal: Automatically renews monthly unless terminatedMinimum Commitment: [X months] minimum term (if applicable)


5.2 Termination


Either party may terminate this agreement:

Upon termination:


All outstanding fees become immediately dueAccess to proprietary tools and systems will be revoked. Campaign assets and data will be transferred as feasible. Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely


6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY


6.1 Our Property


LeadMint retains ownership of:


Proprietary methodologies, processes, and systemsMarketing templates, frameworks, and strategies. Software tools and AI automation systems. Campaign optimisation techniques and algorithms


6.2 Client Property


You retain ownership of:


Your business name, trademarks, and brand assetsCustomer data and contact informationIndustry-specific knowledge and trade secrets


6.3 Shared Materials


Marketing materials created for your campaigns become shared propertyYou receive license to use materials for agreed business purposesWe retain right to use anonymised performance data for optimisation


7. WARRANTIES & DISCLAIMERS


7.1 Service Warranty


We warrant that our services will be provided:


With reasonable skill and careIn accordance with industry standardsAs described in our service agreements


7.2 Disclaimers


NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS:

While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee:


Specific lead volumes or quality metricsConversion rates or revenue generationCampaign approval by advertising platformsImmunity from platform policy changes


SERVICES PROVIDED "AS IS":

Except as expressly stated, services are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.


8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY


8.1 Liability Caps


Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed:


The total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or$10,000, whichever is greater


8.2 Excluded Damages


We shall not be liable for:


Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunitiesIndirect, incidental, or consequential damagesDamages resulting from third-party platform changesLosses due to client's failure to respond to leads appropriately


8.3 Platform Dependencies


We are not responsible for:


Changes to advertising platform policies or algorithmsAccount suspensions or restrictions by third-party platformsTechnical issues or downtime affecting advertising platforms


9. INDEMNIFICATION


You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:


Your breach of these TermsViolation of third-party rights or applicable lawsFalse or misleading information provided by youYour interactions with leads or customersMisuse of our services or proprietary information


10. CONFIDENTIALITY


10.1 Mutual Obligations


Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

10.2 Permitted Disclosures


Confidential information may be disclosed:

11. COMPLIANCE & CONDUCT

11.2 Prohibited Uses


You may not use our services for:


Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive business practicesIndustries restricted by advertising platformsMisleading or false advertising claimsViolation of consumer protection laws


12. FORCE MAJEURE


Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:


Natural disasters, pandemics, or government actionsChanges in advertising platform policies or algorithmsInternet outages or technical infrastructure failuresLabor disputes or supply chain disruptions


13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION


13.1 Governing Law


These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.


13.2 Dispute Process
